My first time cold plunging was nothing short of exhilarating, it left me feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I’d definitely do it again!

I’m on a self care journey and so when this opportunity came I pushed myself to try something new. As I get older my body is bringing on the old house creeks so I thought let’s do this! Together with two other friends we took the plunge today. I was worried if I’d be brave to withstand that cold ice - like who does that right!. But I can say with the support of Jamila and the Ancient Soul crew I was able to have the full experience. The breath work was the tool for this experience. After my three minute plunge I feel energized. My body feels light and some of the muscular discomforts I had with the morning is not there! Oh and now I have story to share, one rooted in courage and encouragement. Thank you Jamila and the Ancient Soul team.
